Glamorous Makeup Glamorous Fashion

Inspired by a Sonya Miro face chart I saw on instagram. This one I think is more wearable but hers is definitely more artistic. I think soon I will also do a more dramatic, artistic version of it but for now this is what I came up with.

My dress is from HotMiamiStyles inspired by Amrezy since I was obsessed ever since I saw it. My shoes are Lolashoetique.

My tan is fake bake (since I am an esthetician I get a nice discount at Cosmo Prof for my self tanners which is why I haven’t tried Loving Tan yet or others that bloggers rave about). Plus I remember Loving Tan cost more than I wanted to pay for shipping.

My bronzer on my legs is Lorac Tantalizer which I absolutely love. I used it ever since my Sephora days years ago and still do. If you guys know of any others you love let me know I love to try new things.

Neutral Makeup

Before I start my boutique blogging finds I just wanted to share some of the most recent makeup pictures I did since it’s been a long time and I think I have improved since then, or at least I hope I have! I created a natural look today.

Chanel Summer 2010 Collection Ad (this is the one that featured lipsticks Super and Genial).

I worked for Chanel for 3 years so needless to say I have collected a ton of their lipsticks. These are all the Chanel lipsticks I own.

I love Enjouee, Gabrielle, Incandescente, Lune Rousse, Ballet Russe, Super, Genial, Insolente and Cambon. Super and Genial were a part of their summer collection 2010 and they are my absolute favorite. Enjouee is awesome too and it’s been re-promoted for summer 2014!

I tend to always go for pinks, corals, pinky/corals, reds then plums (depending on my mood/season).

5 Ways to Lose Weight

1. This one is common sense but drink a lot of water. Technically, you’re supposed to divide your body weight in half and that’s how many ounces per day you should drink. I don’t count that way though I just make sure I am drinking throughout the day. Dehydration can slow down your metabolism and your body may mistakes hunger for thirst causing you to eat more.

2. Start taking ground flaxseed. I take 1 tablespoon roughly per day. I put a spoonful in my smoothie. You can either buy organic ground flaxseed or buy the flaxseed and grind it yourself. I prefer to just buy ground flaxseed. Make sure you store it in your fridge! Flaxseed has fiber and omega 3 fatty acids that help fill you up and also prevent inflammation which is helpful in losing weight.

3. Stop eating 2 or 3 hours before you go to sleep. Night time is when your body is getting ready to relax for the night and shouldn’t focus on digestion which requires a lot of energy.

4. Eat like a king for breakfast, a prince for lunch and a pauper for dinner.

5. Avoid anything that will cause inflammation. That means graze throughout the day to keep your blood sugar levels from spiking. It also means choose your foods wisely. Avoid foods with a high glycemix index such as anything high in sugar, processed foods and anything with white flour.
